Blackstone Credit advises on investments in various debt and equity instruments. In certain situations, Blackstone Credit can tailor its advisory services and investments based on specific client objectives and/or investment strategies.
Fee Structure
Blackstone Credit typically receives a management fee at an annual rate of up to 2% of either the net assets or invested capital. The fees are generally payable monthly or quarterly. The firm reserves the right to waive, reduce, or calculate differently its fees for certain investors. Clients are also responsible for additional fees and expenses related to the operation of the fund.
