Fermat Capital Management (FCM) offers investment management services, managing investments in Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) and trade finance receivables (TF). For separately managed accounts, FCM manages assets based on client-specific investment and risk guidelines. For pooled investment vehicles, FCM manages assets according to the terms of the governing documents. FCM does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Fermat Capital Management charges an investment management fee based on a percentage of the value of the assets managed. For Insurance Linked Securities clients, the maximum asset-based fee is 1.85% per year. Some ILS clients also pay a performance-based fee of up to 20% of the net increase in the account's value over a benchmark. For trade finance clients, the maximum asset-based fee is 2.00% per year. For limited sub-advisory services, FCM receives a portion of the investment management fee, up to 0.10% per year.
