Seasonal Strategy, led by Robert Gavrich, offers investment management using a diversified approach with mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. Seasonal Strategy discusses investment goals and risk tolerance with clients and may create an Investment Policy Statement. Seasonal Strategy may allocate a portion of client portfolios to separate account managers. Seasonal Strategy also provides financial planning services, including financial coaching, retirement projections, education planning, and advice on cash management, insurance, estate planning, taxes, and investing. Financial planning services are available only to asset management clients.

Clients who are co-managed by Shaker will pay a fee in addition to Seasonal Strategy's standard fee schedule. Shaker's co-management fee is an asset-based fee of 1.00% per year on all account values. Fees may be reduced for certain clients, resulting in second or third tier fees (ie, 0.6% or 0.4%), regardless of portfolio size, as follows: Clients who are relatives or friends of Seasonal Strategy employees; Clients referred by existing clients; Existing clients referring new clients; Clients with smaller portfolios who have simpler asset management needs.
