Nimble facilitates direct investments in technology-enabled operating companies and venture capital funds. The Adviser tailors its services to each Fund's mandate, investment objectives, and strategies. Investment in the Funds is reserved for sophisticated investors meeting certain eligibility requirements.
Fee Structure
Passport Capital and Nimble Partners do not directly manage investments for individual investors. They manage investments for privately offered pooled investment vehicles (Funds). These Funds are subject to a management fee of up to 1.5% of assets or committed capital. The Funds also pay a performance-based fee to the Adviser.
