Fee Structure
Longboard Capital Advisors (LCA) charges an annual management fee, which is negotiable and can vary among clients.
For clients participating in the private fund, the annual fee is 2% of assets, paid monthly. There is also a 20% performance fee for qualified investors.
For separately managed accounts, the base fee is 2% annually, paid quarterly. Qualified clients seeking a non-traditional investment portfolio will also be charged a 20% performance fee. Clients seeking a traditional investment portfolio will not be charged a performance fee. Fees are negotiable based on the complexity of the arrangement and the client's needs.
