Fee Structure
HCM manages private investment funds (HCM Funds) that pay HCM a management fee and performance compensation.
For HCM Open-End Funds, the management fee is generally 2.0% per year of the fund's net assets. HCM also receives performance compensation generally equal to 20% of the net trading profits each fiscal year.
For HCM Closed-End Funds, the management fee is generally 1.50% per year based on either the net invested capital or net asset value. HCM also receives a 20% carried interest, subject to a preferred return.
