Fee Structure

Small Cap Value Equity, Small-Mid Cap Value Equity, and Small-Mid Cap Value Equity II

- Next $15 million: 0.90% to 0.95% per year
- Next $25 million: 0.85% to 0.90% per year
- Thereafter: 0.75% to 0.80% per year
Mid Cap Value
- First $10 million: 0.75% per year
- Next $15 million: 0.60% per year
- Next $25 million: 0.55% per year
- Thereafter: 0.50% per year
Large Cap Value and Large Cap Value Select
- First $10 million: 0.65% per year
- Next $15 million: 0.50% per year
- Next $25 million: 0.45% per year
- Thereafter: 0.40% per year
