Carroll & Company Capital Management (CCCM) develops an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for each client, outlining investment objectives, time horizon, and asset allocation. CCCM provides investment supervisory services, defines investment objectives, develops asset allocation strategies, defines risk tolerances, drafts the IPS, manages portfolios on a non-discretionary basis, coordinates asset management by third-party managers, provides performance measurement, balances portfolios, and conducts regular meetings. CCCM utilizes a bucket strategy to segment a client’s portfolio into categories based on time horizons and risk tolerance.
Carroll & Company Capital Management does not currently manage investments directly. They coordinate asset management with third-party managers.
