Fee Structure
Linden Advisors manages investments for private investment funds and separately managed accounts. The fees for the private investment funds consist of an annual management fee and an incentive/performance fee. The management fee is either 1.25% or 2.0% annually, depending on the class of interest. The incentive/performance fee is either 15% or 20%, depending on the class of interest, and is subject to a soft hurdle. Fees for separately managed accounts are substantially similar to those paid by the Funds and are individually negotiated.
