The Funds and Accounts invest in underlying investment vehicles managed by portfolio managers, primarily using a long/short equity strategy. Voyager Management may tailor its services for a client by creating a managed account or private investment fund, subject to minimum investment amounts.
Fee Structure
Voyager Management charges a quarterly management fee to its Funds and certain Accounts. The fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.00% per year of the assets managed. The firm also receives an annual performance-based fee, typically 5% of net profits. Fees and performance-based compensation may be lower or different depending on the amount invested.
