Stadium Capital Management (SCM) manages investments primarily in publicly traded equity and equity-related securities in North American and Western European markets. SCM also manages a pooled investment vehicle for a specific investment opportunity. SCM does not tailor its services to individual needs but manages each account according to a client-selected strategy. SCM does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
SCM's compensation is negotiable and varies, but typically charges an annual fee of 1.5% of each client account's net asset value less any cash balances exceeding 25% of the net asset value. SCM also typically receives a performance allocation equal to 20% of net profits above a specified hurdle amount. Fees are deducted directly from client accounts.
