Cloud, Minturn & Associates, LLC will be compensated in one of two different ways for this service: 1. As a percentage of assets under consultation, generally ranging from 0.3% to 1.0% of the client's assets. 2. Cloud Minturn & Associates, LLC will be paid a portion of the fee charged by the independent money manager, generally ranging from 20% to 70% of the total advisory fee.
