Management fee is calculated monthly and paid quarterly. WCP also receives an annual incentive allocation equal to 20% of the fund's net profits, subject to a high water mark provision. Fees are generally negotiated and fixed at the time that each Fund is formed. WCP may enter into economic and/or other fee sharing arrangements with respect to one or more Funds and/or certain investors therein, the rights of which will not generally be made available to other investors.
