In certain instances, depending on the level of activity required and the mix of assets in a plan, Covexic LLC may negotiate a simplified fee. This can be in the form of a flat dollar amount on an annual basis or a flat percentage on the assets involved. In any event, the simplified fee shall not exceed the limits set by the fee schedule above.
