Fee starts at 1.1% and is reduced to 0.6% based on the amount of assets under management per client household. Breakpoints for fee reductions are specified in the Client Agreement. Fees are negotiable at the discretion of MCM and will generally only be negotiable in extraordinary or special circumstances.
