Fee Structure
ENR Asset Management offers several investment strategies. The annual management fee is:
- ENR Global Contrarian Portfolio: 1.5% with a $500,000 minimum investment.
- ENR Precious Metals Portfolio: 1.5% with a $250,000 minimum investment.
- ENR Low Risk Portfolio: 1.0% with a $250,000 minimum investment.
- ENR Medium Risk Portfolio: 1.5% with a $250,000 minimum investment.
- ENR All-Weather Portfolio: 0.75% with a $250,000 minimum investment.
For client assets in aggregate of $1 million or more, the fee is reduced by 0.50% for the ENR Global Contrarian Portfolio, ENR Precious Metals Portfolio, and ENR Medium Risk Portfolio. For client assets in aggregate of $5 million or more, the fee is reduced by 0.75% for the ENR Medium Risk Portfolio. For client assets in aggregate of $1 million or more, the fee is reduced by 0.25% for the ENR All-Weather Portfolio and ENR Low Risk Portfolio.
Individually-tailored accounts usually start at an investment minimum of $1 million with a standard fee of 1.0%.
