RGM Capital does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of clients. The firm's investment strategies include buy and hold, equity, and fundamental value investing.

The firm is also eligible to receive performance-based allocations from its clients that are private pooled investment vehicles. Such performance allocations that the firm is eligible to receive would be equal to 20% of each limited partner’s share of net profits for any year, payable after year end. Investment management and performance fees attributable to clients that have entered into an investment management agreement with the firm are generally negotiable.
