L&B Realty Advisors provides real estate investment management services to real estate pooled investment vehicles, private institutional clients, and separately managed accounts. Services include investment advice, financial advisory, and owner representation. L&B Realty Advisors tailors its advisory services to the individual needs and objectives of its clients, and clients generally are permitted to impose reasonable restrictions on investments.
Fee Structure
L&B Realty Advisors manages real estate investments for separately managed accounts. The firm generally receives an acquisition fee equal to between 0.50% and 1.0% of the total asset value of each acquired asset. In addition, L&B Realty Advisors generally receives a management fee, payable quarterly, equal to either (i) between 0.45% and 1.25% of the net asset value of the account or (ii) between 5% and 8% of the net operating income of the account. Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and are expected to vary.
