Sharper & Granite takes a top-down, asset allocation approach primarily utilizing low-cost, tax-efficient, index-based investment vehicles such as exchange-traded funds and no-load index mutual funds. The firm conducts client meetings to understand their current financial situation, resources, goals, and risk tolerance, and then builds a diversified portfolio designed to match those objectives. Portfolios are continuously monitored and rebalanced as needed. Clients have the opportunity to place reasonable restrictions on the types of investments held in their accounts. Sharper & Granite does not offer wrap-fee programs, sell commissionable securities, or accept performance-based fees.

Fees are negotiable. Fixed Income or Principal Preservation portfolios may be offered at rates below standard rates. Fees for accounts over $4,500,000 are negotiable.
