Fee Structure
Gravity Capital Management (GCM) receives investment management fees from the fund based on a percentage of the fund's assets. GCM also receives compensation from each separately managed account (SMA) based on a percentage of the SMA's assets. Fees may be negotiable depending on the fund investor or the SMA client's investment objectives. GCM may also collect performance-based fees in certain instances.
