Fee Structure
Senvest provides investment advisory services to its clients, which consist of Funds and a Managed Account. Senvest typically receives fees equal to a specified percentage of each Fund’s net asset value and performance-based compensation equal to a specified percentage of the Fund’s net profits each year. Clients pay Senvest an annual asset-based investment management fee at a rate ranging from 1.5% to 4% per year of the net assets of each client, the specific rate being specified in each client’s governing documents or investment management agreement, as applicable.
