Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors (BACA) manages pooled investment vehicles (private investment funds) and provides sub-advisory services to other investment advisors. BACA generally serves as investment manager for various private Funds, Managed Accounts and Adviser Clients. Blackstone Credit provides investment advice primarily in respect of investments in first lien loans, second lien loans, asset based credit, investment grade and high yield bonds, distressed securities, mezzanine securities, public and private equity, and derivatives in respect of the foregoing.
