Endeavour Capital Advisors provides investment advice to pooled investment funds intended for sophisticated and institutional investors. Endeavour manages investments based on each client's objectives and may agree to investment restrictions. Endeavour employs three primary investment strategies. Endeavour also offers separate managed accounts to selected clients.
Fee Structure
Endeavour Capital Advisors' clients are typically charged an annual management fee equal to between 1.0% and 1.75% of their investments, depending on the strategy and the amount invested. This fee is paid quarterly. They also charge an annual performance fee equal to between 10% and 20% of the amount by which the net value of each account as of the end of each fiscal year exceeds the net value of the account as of the beginning of the year. Separate managed account fees are negotiated with each client.
