Investcorp Investment Advisers LLC (IIA LLC) advises Investcorp's North America private equity funds, which invest in equity and equity-related securities of private companies. IIA LLC identifies, evaluates, and recommends potential investment opportunities, negotiates investments, monitors investments, manages dispositions, and advises the fund's general partner. Advisory Directors with operations experience and business judgment may also be engaged.
Fee Structure
IIA LLC provides investment advisory and management services for private equity investments. The fees typically include a management fee of up to 2.0% per year of a client’s committed capital or assets under management. IIA LLC receives its fee quarterly or semi-annually in advance or in arrears during the term of the relevant private equity fund. IIA LLC's affiliates also receive a carried interest allocation of up to 20% of profits realized from the sale of investments in Portfolio Companies.
