Metacapital Management provides investment management services to privately pooled investment vehicles intended for sophisticated and institutional investors. The firm specializes in fixed income securities, government issued and sponsored securities, mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and derivatives. The firm does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Metacapital Management charges an asset-based management fee to its Funds, ranging from 0% to 1.5% per year of the investors’ capital balances. The firm also receives a performance-based fee, ranging from 0% to 20% of the gains or appreciation. These ranges could change in the future. The firm may agree to alternative management and performance fee arrangements with certain investors.
