Fee Structure
SVP manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, not individual investors. Fees include asset-based fees up to 2% of the client's net asset value, invested cost, or capital commitments, plus performance-based fees (typically 20% of profits). SVP manages several types of client funds, including Restructuring Funds, Special Situations Funds, Capital Solutions Funds, Spurs Funds, and Global Opportunities Funds, each with its own fee structure. Fees for fund-of-one clients are negotiated.
