Fees negotiable for amounts over $50,000,000. For investments in Model Portfolios ACP charges a maximum of 1.75% on a yearly basis. Specifically, for portfolios comprised of structured products and emerging market fixed income, ACP Capital charges a management fee of 1.50% of assets under management along with a performance-based fee of up to 20% of the annual gross profits for the account.
