Fee Structure
Phoenix Investment Adviser manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts.
For private funds, management fees typically range from 0.50% to 1.5% of the fund's net assets per year. Performance fees range from 10% to 20% of net profits, after deducting management fees and covering prior losses, and may be subject to a hurdle rate.
Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated individually.
