Fee Structure

For separately managed accounts, EJF charges a maximum of 1.25% of the value of your portfolio annually, paid monthly. There is also a performance-based fee of 15%, generally paid at the end of the year, if applicable.
For investments in funds, EJF charges a maximum management fee of 2% of the value of the fund's assets and a maximum performance-based compensation of 57.5% of the fund's profits, or 25% of the fund's profits over a stated preferred rate of return.
