Fee Structure
HighVista manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. Fees may be based on the value of the investments, be a fixed amount, a fixed amount plus a performance-based fee, or performance-based only. For some investors, HighVista charges reduced management fees. Fees are generally paid monthly or quarterly.
