Fee Structure
EIP manages investments for separately managed accounts (SMAs) and provides model portfolios for Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs). EIP generally receives between 0.75% and 1.00% per year for managing SMAs, and between 0.40% and 0.75% per year for providing its model portfolio to UMA platforms. These fees are based on the value of your investments. Management fees and performance-based fees are negotiable.
