Jason Laurence Johnson (JLJ) offers investment management services to individuals and business organizations. JLJ meets with clients to understand their needs and risk tolerance, then invests their money using asset allocation strategies. JLJ selects mutual funds, exchange traded funds, and individual company stocks. Clients can place restrictions on investments. JLJ does not have custody of client funds.
JLJ offers a performance-based fee plan for clients with a net worth of at least $2 million. The fee is 10% of the net returns generated in the portfolio annually. Net returns are defined as the ending value of the portfolio minus the initial investment, adjusted for client-initiated deposits and withdrawals. Trading and commission costs are reflected in the net return.
