Rockrose Capital Management manages investments for a single private investment fund. Rockrose has full authority to invest and trade the fund's assets, with no restrictions on the types of investments it can make. The fund's investors do not have the right to influence investment decisions. Rockrose does not manage assets for individual clients at this time.
Rockrose Capital Management is paid by the fund it manages. The firm receives a management fee of 1.5% per year, calculated quarterly, based on the value of investors' holdings in the fund. Rockrose also receives 20% of the fund's appreciation above certain high points in value, called an "incentive allocation."
