Fee Structure
Lattice Capital Management manages investments through private funds. The management fee is typically 1.50% per year, paid quarterly, based on the net asset value of each investor's capital account. In addition, Lattice charges a 10% special profit allocation fee, and some funds also pay a 10% performance fee to the portfolio manager. These fees may be waived or reduced at Lattice's discretion.
