Fee Structure
Front Street Capital Management's fees for managing your investments are based on a percentage of the assets they manage for you. The specific percentage depends on the type of portfolio and the complexity of your situation.
- Equity Portfolios: Typically 1% of the assets managed. A minimum of $100,000 is recommended for this service.
- Mutual Fund Portfolios: Typically 0.375% of the assets managed. No minimum assets are required.
- Fixed Income Portfolios: Typically ranges from 0.10% to 0.30% of the assets managed. A minimum of $100,000 is recommended for this service.
- Delano Portfolios: Will not exceed 1.0% of assets managed. No minimum assets are required.
If you invest in the Tarkio Fund through Front Street Capital Management, you will not be charged a management fee on the portion of your assets invested in that fund. Consulting services are also available for an hourly or fixed fee.
