Ridgewood Energy performs due diligence on projects, monitors drilling activities, handles financial and regulatory matters, and manages investor relations for the Ridgewood Funds. The firm has full discretion in managing the Ridgewood Funds, including selecting investments.
Ridgewood Energy does not provide advisory services to the general public. The firm manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Ridgewood Funds) and related institutional investors. The Ridgewood Funds pay management fees as set out in their respective agreements. Management fees for the Institutional Funds have generally been capped at 2% of capital commitments and have ranged from 0.810% to 2% depending on the amount of capital commitment made by the limited partner.
