Vincose's investment goal is to achieve high total returns through capital appreciation while managing account risk. The firm buys and sells small and mid-cap equities and ETFs traded on US stock exchanges, taking long positions during market uptrends and raising cash or buying short ETFs during market corrections.
Fee Structure
Vincose Capital Management charges a performance-based fee. You'll pay 20% of new profits above a 5% threshold each year. For example, if your account earns 50% in a year, Vincose Capital Management will receive 20% of the 45% excess return. Commission fees for all trades will also be assessed to your account.
