Fee Structure
Value Partners manages investments for funds and segregated accounts. The fees for funds include an annual management fee (up to 2% of the fund's assets) and a performance-based fee (up to 20% for private funds and up to 15% for authorized funds and UCITS). For segregated accounts, fees are negotiated and may include management fees (up to 1.5% annually) and incentive fees (up to 17.5%).
