Invesco Management S.A. (IMSA) is a Luxembourg-based investment firm offering discretionary portfolio management, investment advice, and order reception/transmission services. IMSA manages assets for institutional clients through its Invesco Quantitative Strategies (IQS) team and Invesco Real Estate (IRE). IQS uses quantitative techniques and factor investing, while IRE focuses on real estate investments. IMSA may delegate advisory services to affiliates without additional fees.
Fee Structure
Invesco Quantitative Strategies (IQS) manages segregated institutional accounts and sub-advised accounts. Management fees for segregated accounts are negotiated with the client and charged monthly or quarterly. For sub-advised accounts, IMSA receives 40% of the net management and performance-based fees charged by the other Invesco investment advisor. The annual investment management fee of IQS is based on a percentage of the investable assets according to the following schedule:
First $50 million: 0.10% to 1.00% Next $50 million: 0.10% to 1.00% Next $100 million: 0.10% to 1.00% Next $200 million: 0.10% to 1.00%
Fees are negotiable. Invesco Real Estate (IRE) is typically entitled to a management fee in relation to the Funds. Management fees vary from Fund to Fund. For most of them, they are calculated as a percentage of the net asset value (range from 30 bps to 170 bps) or of the gross asset value of the Funds on the last day of the respective period (quarter or month).
