Brigade Capital offers investment advice to various clients, including private investment funds, a mutual fund, separately managed accounts, and other institutional investors. Brigade's services include managing investments in a wide range of securities, such as high yield bonds, distressed debt, and derivatives. Brigade does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds and does not accept Fund Investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Brigade Capital charges an asset-based investment management fee based on the value of the assets they manage. Some clients also pay a performance-based fee. The annual management fees range from 0.30% to 1.5% of the assets managed. The majority of management fees are charged quarterly in advance. Some clients are not subject to an asset-based fee or a performance-based fee. Fee arrangements are individually negotiated with accounts.
