Periope is a registered investment advisor based in St. George, Utah, providing investment advisory services to individuals, high net worth individuals, pensions, and businesses since 2006. Periope offers portfolio management and assists clients in selecting third-party money managers, primarily utilizing programs offered by SEI Investments Company. Periope operates on a non-discretionary basis, meaning client approval is required before executing transactions. Investment strategies focus primarily on mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, utilizing fundamental analysis and long-term and short-term purchase strategies tailored to each client's specific objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon. Fee Structure
Periope charges an annual fee based on the value of your portfolio. The fee percentage decreases as the amount you invest increases:
- First $1M — 1.00% per year
- $1M to $3M — 0.90% per year
- $3M to $5M — 0.70% per year
- $5M to $7.5M — 0.55% per year
- $7.5M to $10M — 0.40% per year
- Over $10M — 0.25% per year
These fees are negotiable and are billed monthly in arrears. Note that third-party money manager and custodian fees (such as those from SEI Investments Company) are separate and in addition to Periope's advisory fee, though the combined asset management fee will not exceed 2% of assets under management.
