Fee Structure
Commerce Street Investment Advisor (CSIA) provides investment management services to private funds, with management fees typically ranging from 1% to 2%, calculated and paid quarterly in advance. For fee-only investment management services for retirement plans, fees typically range from 0.10% to 1.0% and are negotiated with the plan sponsor. Similar services for Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) are negotiated individually and may range from 0.10% to 2.0%. These fees are billed in arrears at the end of each calendar quarter.
