The Informed Momentum Company (IMC) manages investments for various clients, including individuals, trusts, and businesses. IMC uses its Informed Momentum™ process across all investment strategies. IMC offers investment management services on a discretionary basis, investing client assets based on model portfolios aligned with the client's chosen investment style and objectives. IMC offers US Large Cap, US Mid Cap, US Small Cap, US Micro Cap and US Ultra Micro Cap investment styles.
Fee Structure
The Informed Momentum Company (IMC) charges a percentage of the assets they manage for investment management services. The annual fee depends on the investment style chosen:
- U.S. Large Cap: 0.20%
- U.S. Mid Cap: 0.35%
- U.S. Small Cap: 0.50%
- U.S. Micro Cap: 0.50%
- U.S. Ultra Micro Cap: 0.50%
IMC also offers clients the option of a performance-based incentive fee. This fee will not exceed 20% of the total return of the account over a 3-month or 12-month period and are either based on the total return of the account or the return above the style’s benchmark.
