Fee Structure
Manulife IM PM (US) receives management fees for providing investment advisory services to clients. These fees are individually negotiated and range from 0.05% to 1.5% per year based on a client's assets under management, outstanding principal amount of securities, or funding/capital commitment. Junior credit securities, leveraged senior loan, or private equity clients could also pay performance-based fees, which are commonly referred to as “carried interest,” to the general partner of the respective fund and/or Manulife IM PM (US).
