Main Street Investment Advisors (MSIA) offers advisory services and portfolio management, primarily to high-net-worth individuals and private foundations. MSIA advises on asset allocation and uses investment processes to help clients achieve their investment goals, considering their investment time horizon and risk tolerance. MSIA uses equity securities, fixed income securities, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), Master Limited Partnerships and options. MSIA may use external investment managers for areas where they lack expertise, such as international securities or small capitalization issues. MSIA does not advise on legal proceedings related to securities.

Fees are set at the discretion of MSIA and as negotiated at the date the account is established. Municipal Bond Accounts will be separately negotiated. The annual fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.00%.
