Universa manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. Here's how the fees work for each strategy:
- BSPP Strategies: Typically, a 0.50% annual management fee based on the Protection Size or a 1.5% annual management fee based on the Notional amount. Also, a 20% performance-based incentive fee on profits.
- BSPE Strategy: A 1.5% annual management fee based on the investor’s capital account balance. Also, a 20% performance-based incentive fee on profits.
- Safe Haven Strategy: A 0.75% annual management fee based on the investor’s capital account balance. Also, a 20% performance-based incentive fee on profits that exceed a specified hurdle return and any prior underperformance.
