Fee Structure
Brahma Management charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management or committed capital, as well as performance-based fees.
For "hedge fund" clients, the asset-based fee is up to 2% per year of the net asset value. For "private equity fund" clients, the asset-based fee is up to 2% per year of committed capital. Performance-based compensation for hedge fund clients generally ranges up to 20% of the net realized and unrealized profits each year. For private equity fund clients, Brahma Management receives 20% of distributable net proceeds after investors have received 100% of their capital contributions.
