IFM Investors (US) provides investment advice to feeder funds and a partnership, and sub-advisory services to the Master Advisor for private funds and managed accounts. IFM (US) focuses on infrastructure and debt investments. Investors generally cannot influence investment objectives or management of the funds. IFM (US) may offer co-investment opportunities. Fees are paid to the Master Advisor, with IFM (US) receiving an advisory fee from the Master Advisor.
IFM (US) does not directly receive management fees from clients. Instead, these fees are paid to the Master Advisor. The Master Advisor then pays IFM (US) an advisory fee based on IFM (US)'s costs and expenses, plus a percentage of those costs and expenses, and IFM (US)'s allocation of profits. Performance-based fees may also apply.
