Golden Returns Advisors manages a private investment fund, the Precious Metals Opportunity Fund, which invests in physical gold and silver bullion and mining stocks. The fund is offered to accredited investors and a limited number of sophisticated non-accredited investors. Golden Returns provides discretionary investment management services to the Fund through its affiliate, Golden Returns Management.

Friends and family are assessed a discounted fee of 1.0% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund. Management also receives a quarterly performance fee equal to 20% of Quarterly Appreciation, i.e., the amount, if any, by which the NAV increases in any given quarter or and above the highest NAV of the quarter immediately preceding that in which the fee is assessed.
