Drystone LLC is an independent investment counsel that provides continuous supervision and management of client investment portfolios. Drystone creates a customized investment plan for each client and manages the portfolio based on that plan. Drystone categorizes investments as either Diversified or Concentrated, based on the potential to outperform benchmarks. Drystone does not participate in wrap fee programs.

In addition to the Portfolio Counseling Fee, Drystone charges an additional Concentrated Investments Fee: - 0.45% per year on the first $5 million designated as Concentrated Investments - 0.30% per year on the next $20 million designated as Concentrated Investments - 0.15% per year on the balance over $25 million designated as Concentrated Investments Total fees will not exceed 1% per year.
